Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and storage systems.
- Deploy, configure, and administer virtualized infrastructure environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, hypervisors, and operating systems; create, manage, and escalate vendor support cases when required.
- Provide lifecycle support for infrastructure equipment, including replacement of failed components and restoration of system functionality.
- Participate in professional training programs and obtain relevant certifications aligned with the area of expertise.
- Build and maintain test environments; evaluate hardware platforms and infrastructure software to validate their functionality and suitability for integration into customer solutions.
- Prepare, maintain, and update technical, operational, and project-related documentation.

Candidate Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in the configuration, administration, and technical support of HPE Synergy and Dell MX7000 blade platforms.
- Experience working with storage solutions, including HPE Alletra, Primera, Nimble, 3PAR, and Dell PowerStore, Unity, PowerScale (Isilon), and ECS.
- Experience administering SAN environments and working with Broadcom/Brocade and Cisco MDS SAN switches.
- Experience operating and supporting backup and data protection solutions, including HPE StoreOnce, StoreEver, and Dell PowerProtect, Data Domain.
- Relevant certifications in server infrastructure, storage technologies, or related areas will be considered an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere is required; experience with VMware vSAN and VMware NSX is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of and practical experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments is required.
- Experience with server operating systems, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES), and CentOS, will be considered an advantage.
