About the Projects
The projects focus on the design, implementation, and continuous development of enterprise-grade, scalable Kubernetes platforms. The primary area of responsibility involves deploying, automating, and managing multi-cluster Kubernetes environments across both Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and self-hosted infrastructures.
The technology stack is centered exclusively around Microsoft Azure and self-hosted Kubernetes solutions, with no involvement in Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
The company offers flexible work arrangements, including on-site work in Kyiv, remote work, or a hybrid working model. Relocation is not required.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes platforms based on Vanilla Kubernetes, RKE2, AKS, and other Kubernetes distributions.
- Deploy, configure, and support observability, monitoring, and logging platforms leveraging technologies such as Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Alloy, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, and Splunk.
- Define and implement standardized approaches for deploying and operating services across self-hosted Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.
- Plan and execute migrations of existing applications and services to modern Kubernetes-based platforms.
- Support, automate, and continuously improve CI/CD processes using tools such as GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Argo CD, and related technologies.
- Ensure the security of Kubernetes environments by implementing data encryption in transit and at rest, managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), securing critical platform components, and integrating with enterprise secrets management solutions such as Azure Key Vault and HashiCorp Vault.
- Collaborate closely with customer teams to deliver stable, secure, reliable, and well-governed platform solutions.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of architectural solutions for the evolution of container platforms and supporting infrastructure.
